Auditors
The statutory auditors are Ernst & Young AG, Zurich. The statutory auditors are elected every year by the Shareholders’ Meeting. The audit of the financial statements 1999 was conducted for the first time by Ernst & Young AG (previously ATAG Ernst & Young AG). Before, and since the formation of the Company in 1995, the audits were conducted by ATAG Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfung AG (previously ATAG Ernst & Young AG). The lead auditor, Eric Ohlund, was responsible for the auditing mandate for the first time with respect to the 2009 financial statements. |
In 2011 the auditors have billed to the Company and Group companies for their services an aggregate auditing fee of CHF 271 (000). |
In 2011 the statutory auditors and affiliated parties have billed to the Company and Group companies for additional services an aggregate amount of CHF 301 (000), including audit related fees of CHF 85 (000), fees for tax advice of CHF 209 (000), and other advisory work of CHF 7 (000). |
